Meet Our Founders
GlansGirth™ was built by two clinicians who have spent years training injectors, treating patients, and setting the standard for safe, effective care. Their backgrounds sit behind every protocol we use for penile enhancement and men’s sexual wellness treatments.
Kiara DeWitt, BSN, RN, CPN
- Founder and CEO
Board Certified: Registered Nurse, Certified Pediatric Nurse
Fields of Expertise: Clinical Education, Aesthetic Medicine, Practice Leadership, Injector Training
Kiara started her nursing career in pediatric care, working as a clinical educator for the neurosurgery and neurology unit at a major children’s hospital. That role taught her how much patients rely on clear communication, especially when a treatment feels personal or unfamiliar.
She carried that mindset into aesthetic medicine. In 2021, she founded InjectCo, a nurse led medspa network that now spans multiple clinics across Texas. GlansGirth grew out of that same foundation, built to give men a private and clinically rigorous path to enhancement care.
Kiara also founded an accredited training academy for aesthetic injectors, so the standards she holds her own team to now extend across the industry.
Jen Adams, BSN, RN
- Vice President
Fields of Expertise: Advanced Injection Technique, Provider Training, Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Filler Certification
Jen has spent over thirteen years as a registered nurse, with a focus on aesthetic injection since 2018. She holds a certification in botulinum toxin and dermal filler technique and has completed cadaver based master injector coursework, a level few providers reach.
She trains other injectors every week, so the technique used across GlansGirth locations reflects direct, hands on mentorship rather than a manual. Patients often request her by name.
